DÉRA Skin OS ("DÉRA," "we," "us") is preparing to provide skin assessments, skincare services and related education in Frisco, Texas, and virtually. We are not yet accepting appointments. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and when you contact or book with us.

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, skin goals and any notes you share when you contact us.
• Health-related information: skin history, conditions, medications or allergies you choose to share during a consultation or intake.
• Technical information: basic data your browser sends automatically, such as device type, browser and pages visited, which may be recorded by our hosting provider for security and performance.

3. The Skin OS assessment

This website does not currently collect information through forms. The Skin OS assessment runs entirely in your browser; your answers are not sent or stored.

4. How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and, once we open, schedule appointments
• To provide and personalize your services and care plan
• To send appointment reminders and service-related messages
• To send updates or offers, only if you opt in; you can unsubscribe at any time
• To meet legal, safety and record-keeping obligations

5. Health information

Where DÉRA provides clinical services, health information is handled in line with applicable federal and Texas health privacy laws. Clients receiving clinical care will receive a separate Notice of Privacy Practices describing their rights over their health information. Please do not send sensitive health details through unsecured email or social media messages.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers who help us operate, such as scheduling, payment, email and website hosting, under confidentiality obligations
• With our partner, The Boulevard Wellness Center, only when you ask us to connect you for Partner Services
• When required by law, or to protect the safety of clients, staff or the public

7. Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use advertising cookies. It may use strictly necessary cookies, for example to keep preview access signed in. Embedded Google Maps and any review widgets are provided by third parties, which may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

8. Minors

Services for teens, such as Pink Flamingo™, require the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.

9. How we protect and keep information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, including medical record retention requirements.

10. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing messages, by contacting us. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
